They extended the in game rewards till March. The sweepstakes ended though.

Not currently. You can only DM mods and staff at the moment. You can send them via Xbox live messages though

I don’t think Waypoint has a way to message eachother. My GT is the same as displayed here. Sending them through an Xbox message might be the easiest.
