I enjoyed this mode. Might play a few matches of it this weekend… though I may just spend my time grinding Monarch’s Aegis Ranks in Titanfall 2…

Team Arena is already double XP. The weekend double XP doesn’t start until Friday anyways

Edit: The latest community update confirmed Rock ‘N’ Rail will have double XP this weekend.

Nah, it’s not the same. I enjoyed Halo 4’s better. The jetpack made it a lot more interesting in my opinion.

just go to customs browser and choose any of the 100 castle wars games going at any given time.

I certainly agree. Yes, the jetpack may have left a sour aftertaste for most, but it provided more versatility. The current Rock ‘n’ Rail relies a lot more on preemptive planning, which can prove challenging. Sure I can use a Ground Pound to return to solid footing (and crush someone in the process), but it’s a tiring process which leaves you very vulnerable.
Still fun as hell, though.
