So I just ran through and completed every campaign on Legendary this week, and for some reason I didn’t get the Legend achievement. I’m especially frustrated because I did all that to get the Helioskril armor set, but I don’t have it because MCC decided not to register my completion. I’ve checked every campaign mission select and it shows each game with full completion on legendary, but for some reason I don’t have the armor/achievement.
Please 343, just give me the armor. I don’t always have a lot of time to play, and I’d rather not spend another week replaying the campaigns when I shouldn’t have to.
Edit: solution is to run through the campaigns again on normal with no skulls to get a scoring run. So long as the record shows a score, your completion will be updated. Stupid, but it’s a solution.
Looking at your solo service record for each game it’s looks as if you haven’t completed quite a few levels on Legendary throughout the 4 games. I didn’t compare co-op to SP though but unfortunately I think you’ll need to go back to each individual level and complete the ones that didn’t register. Thats where I’d start at least.
Edit: Looking at your unlocked achievements you don’t have Halo 4 beaten on Legendary and it doesn’t even show any Halo 2 levels beaten. I’m not saying you didn’t, they just didn’t register for what ever reason and your going to need to beat 2&4 on Legendary again.
I’m in the same boat. It shows I’ve beaten all missions on all games. When I go in and check my achievements it says I’m missing one level from halo 2 and one level from halo 4. So I go and run these again. Still no achievement. How do I fix this? I can even list the play time for the missions it says I don’t have finished. C’mon 343, help us all out. We all know the achievements are buggy as hell but a quick glance at my history will show how many times I’ve beaten each level. Or am I doomed to run halo 2 “the great journey” and halo 4 “reclaimer” over and over and over in hopes of it registering?

That’s just it, on my Xbone it shows every mission with legendary completion. Only Halo Way point says otherwise.
Well the Xbone isn’t like the 360, the achievements don’t unlock locally, they need to be verified with a Microsoft server first, or at least thats the way I understand it. So if you don’t have the achievements or registered completion with waypoint then make sure your connected to the internet and try again. You can post here all you want about getting 343 to unlock it for you but its just not going to happen.
@Phong Chang: Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but unfortunately, it would appear as though the server did not detect that you completed quite a few missions. This is especially common when the internet is spotty during the completion of a level. My best recommendation would be to run through the following missions via online co-op. Online co-op ensures that you have an internet connection to the MCC stat server for the entire duration of the level.

RequiemAgain, sorry you have to repeat these missions. Hopefully, you will have better luck with the stats in the future.
@goodanhigh: I recommend attempting Requiem and The Great Journey using online co-op, as I recommended above. Hopefully this will help.
@Divine Straxos: As stated above, you may find that attempting Forerunner and Midnight through online co-op will be your best bet.

If you have the achievement, then the armor set should have unlocked. It is possible that, once 343i made Helioskrill available to everyone in the Hammer Storm update, they made it no longer possible to unlock Helioskrill. If this is the case, then you need not fret. The armor set can be earned through the REQ system, as usual. I will double check to be sure, though.

Hi, I was curious if you found out if Helioskrill was available to unlock still? I went back and rebeat a few missions that glitched out and finally earned the Legend achievement but no luck with getting the armor.
Still working on it, my friend! I’m going to use an alternate to run through all Campaigns on Legendary to see if the armor is unlocked. However, I still feel that it is safe to say that you can no longer unlock the armor via the MCC Campaigns, and must instead earn it randomly through the REQ system. I will verify to be sure, of course, but this is what I expect.

I’m in the same boat its so stupid because 343 won’t just give u it to us cause u can’t contact them even though we did it it was a pain in the friggin butt just to do it that’s just low on their part I’m just mad because i worked hard for Friggin nothing it’s not worth doing it again if u think I’m wrong no I’m not sorry

Rerun on normal difficulty with no skulls. That will give you a score to validate completing.

Any luck so far? I don’t want to really finish MCC on legendary if helioskrill is no longer available…I see that a majority of my stats aren’t logged here on waypoint even though I’ve done most of the campaigns on legendary…so I might have to run through it on normal mode…but still don’t want to go through that trouble if there’s no payout.

Juggling this with other things, so I can’t dedicate much time to it. Even so, I completed CE, and will work on H2 soon.

Well, considering the fact that no one seems to have unlocked Helioskrill from MCC recently, I’d have to say it is no longer available in this way. Sorry, guys.
