Such an interesting and fun playlist; however, it is pretty much dead. I couldn’t find any matches for the whole day, and yesterday I only got to play a couple. In fact, most playlists are dead except the playlist made for strictly casuals like fiesta or infection. Is really that bad the game population or is that the algorithm to find matches suck? I always look at expanded criteria and my internet is pretty decent.

Yeah, it disappoints me that Roaming King struggles player count wise. Sadly, I have to wait to late night (UK) to find any game. Tis a great shame because I’d say it’s one of my favourite game modes in the entire game. Plus right now it’s pretty EXP efficient for me at 8k ish every 6-7 minute.
So, if anybody out there wants players for RK, hit me up!
I haven’t played Roaming King since the first time it was released because I cant find a match. I don’t care if the teams are unbalanced it’s in social just give me a match.
Best time to get it is probably the first weekend it’s up.
I enjoy it, but my main reason for playing it a lot in previous rotations was for easy ground pounds to complete the commendation. I would play it, but I’ve been RNG unlucky of late and haven’t been getting many arena xp boosts, therefore sticking to Warzone for the most part.
Good luck getting matches - probably evening eastern time North America would be your best bet.
US player here and I can find matches relatively quick. I imagine after the XP boost goes away a good number of folks will drop the playlist. If I didn’t grind Roaming King so much I would probably enjoy it a lot more. It has the potential to be a pretty competitive mode.
I didn’t have any issues this morning. That said, my teams have been terrible. Why do people play if they don’t go for the Hill and play it like Slayer?!?!

People will throw out excuses like “slaying is important to clear the hill”. Means nothing when you lose 100-30.
There are teams that dominate this gametype by using defined roles and coordination, however. But this does not typically apply to 4 randoms searching solo and getting matched up together.
Update: Looks like yesterday there was an issue with the servers. Now it finds some more matches but is not that fast anyway. Besides often it gets 7 players and the match never starts.

I know when I played I had less than 10 seconds in the hill. I don’t go for the hill because it makes me an easy kill. Better to stay alive and put down damage.
