So recently i have been watching a youtube series made by Arbiter617. It is called Rise of the Spartans. I was wondering if anyone else has seen these episodes, and what they thought of them. (i am on episode 3 part b, please no spoilers lol).

It was ok. I liked it. 7/10 would approve. Not something im gonna go back and watch though.

Hey men, I’ve started watching the series more like a year ago, personally I think it’s a really well-worked machinima by now I guess you have finished till the current episode, so far I have to say that Arbiter617 has developed the script very well even, when he’s not a full time writter but you know men I’m really looking forward to the finale episode which, if I’m not mistaken has about 6 months on development; anyway I dunno but I’m really excited about that machinima series.

One of my favorites, I didn’t really agree with the whole flip a switch and everyone comes back to life but other than that I loved it all and the ending paired with that song nearly made me cry.

I watched the first two episodes, and rewatched them because I forgot where I left off, and this continued until I watched all of them straight, the whole weekend. 5+ hours of my life wasted…

Oh man this brings back some memories. I’m proud to say I voice acted in this series. He was a minor character but I loved it nontheless.

Rise of the Spartans is one of the best machinimas ever made. It has a cast of characters that are relatable. They’ve been looked down upon, have dealt with losing loved ones in their lives, and have grown during those experiences. It teaches us not to criticize people for what they are, and that there can’t be victory with out sacrifices. It also teaches us to question the actions we take. I’ve watched ROTS multiple times and I can truly say is epic, emotional, comical, and a piece of entertainment worth your time. It’s a machinimas that’s up there with Red vs Blue and Arby ‘n’ the Chief.
