Ripped off my req points...

I just bought a gold req pack. It went to the loading screen before it opens the pack, stayed there for a while then got an error message saying the transaction couldnt be completed… Except that it TOOK MY REQ POINTS AND GAVE ME NOTHING FOR IT (I checked my collection, nothing new at all).

Anyone know how the heck i get my points back from this broken game?

Hey take a look now. After I had been off for a little while and got back on my pack appeared where it needed to be opened.

Yep same thing! It wasn’t there at first but eventually it reappeared in the “open packs” section.
