Honestly, this isn’t Halo anymore, it’s BETTER than Halo. I think people SHOULD be taking this for a new game, because it’s the start of a NEW TRILOGY, 343’s trilogy. How can one expect a completely different company to follow the same rules as Bungie, with 10+ years of experience in making Halo? Community, embrace the changes. People forget that there are still three more Halo games, I mean, can you believe 20+ years of playing the same old game over, and over, and over, with nothing new? Honestly ask yourself if you like the sound of that. With that being said, I salute 343 and their efforts to revive Halo and make it fresh. You just don’t revive a series and have the same old formula, you have to breath new life into it and not have it turn out like a bad-remake movie. BELI343.

I agree actually, and being a long time veteran, I don’t mind most of the changes and the OP is right 20 years of playing the same game…nope not even for me…goodjob!
Totally agree…it’s been very frustrating reading these forums over the last couple of weeks! I have never seen people go so over the top about a game they know nothing about yet!!
The thing is, the game they are so desperate to have already exists…Halo 3, so just go and play it!
I can’t wait to play this game, it looks and sounds amazing!
Just to make myself clear, I am not yet against all the changes. So don’t think of me as a nostagic fan that still lives in the past, It’s the way they are introducing the changes that pisses me off.
Sprint works the same way as it works in Reach, instant spawns + sprint won’t even let you recharge your shields when the same player is upon you again. The noobish way they are introducing the changes is what makes me doubt on whether to buy this game or just rent it for the campaign.
I ain’t no blind fan that buys every game that has “Halo” in the title, I actually want to know if I’m going to enjoy it or not.
