Okay I will first start off by saying I have been quite loyal to Halo and never turned my back on the series. I have recently been banned for what i can guess is for leaving to many games in between the match. Although I understand that it falls under unsportsmanlike conduct I do however do not agree with that they assume that I’m leaving a game because I was losing. Most frequently it’s due to someone blatantly lag switching. It’s so obvious that I refuse to finish a game with someone who is cheating. How is that fair? I also will leave a game if I have something that I have to attend to as I do have children and only get a couple hours to play every other night. I do understand that there must be rules and I cannot change them myself but I would appreciate if the ban was lifted or info on how long the ban will be set.

2nd, you were banned for quitting A TON. I found over 20 quits in the first few pages of looking through your history, your ban was beyond deserved. Trying finishing your games next time.
Also unless you have footage of someone cheating and provide any said footage your defense for your quits is quite weak.
Quit bans last for 1 hour.
Has happened to me as well.
Being punished for leaving games that are unplayable due to lag or cheating is not right.
What I have resorted to doing if I am worried of being quit banned is this:
Instead of quitting I actively avoid the enemy and hide. Using camo and sneak package makes you quite hard to find. Sucks for your team that they are effectively 1 member down but it is the best way to beat the ban that I have found so far.
