What if anything do you think people will get for playing past Halo Titles? Like in reach you could get a “nameplate” thing. I’m hoping if you beat legendary or something in Halo 3 and/or reach you get some kinda armor. What do you guys think we will get? What do you want? Also the wait would be way shorter if they did something like “prestige tokens” like CoD. I hate comparing the 2 games but when i was waiting for MW3 I was occupied prestieging in all the games preparing for Mw3. Not saying they should copy that but give me something to do in the mean time!
I don’t think we’ll get anything. And why should we? Rewarded for playing video games?
And another company’s games at that.
Nameplates or emblems would be cool, but not expecting anything.

The vets of Halo won’t receive a damn thing. I mean, they unlocked Recon for all just because they could, most of us spent ages getting ALL achievements for all Halo games, and trying to find the right party with the right connection to attempt the Vidmasters. Just to see our hard work being shafted with a switch.
I say the long term Halo players and fans reward is just that. Being there when it happened. Playing the games as they were released. Halo CE to Halo Reach, waiting years for the next amazing title. The midnight launches, the ranking up, seeing the transition between a great developer and 343i.

I just changed account due to moving country. I have played all of the Halos but get nothing. How is that fair on me?

OT: Yes I would like nameplates to return in some form, they were a good idea.

This is something I would never trade for piece of armor or helmet.
No, because 343 is a new company/developer handling Halo.

I hope we do get something for past achievements or milestone progress, which is most likely.
Lol, Waypoint gave Bungie’s game helmets.
It has been confirmed there will be Waypoint unlocks, likely to do with past achievements.
Sorry couldn’t find a link but I’m almost certain I read that we will be getting something for getting high a milestone score.
They put a lot of effort into the Waypoint Career and Milestone system, I can’t imagine that there wouldn’t be some sort of reward for getting specific milestones.
