i think players should get RP and XP reward for the amount of medals they get per game. This is how it would work, medals would be separated into 3 categories bronze, silver, and gold. Bronze medals would be like kills and head shots. Silver would be stuff like killing sprees. Gold would be like triple double and killing frenzy. Each player would get a certain amount of points per bronze medal a game. Same thing for the silver and gold ones but they would be worth more. This way players actually feel like they accomplished something when they get a medal.
This is way to complicated for 343 to understand, better talk to bungie.
