Reward players for not quitting.

I know there is no way to stop quitting as a whole, but penalizing players isn’t enough to make a real difference. So my thoughts are to start rewarding players that don’t quit. You could reward players with exp points, armor, emblems, ect.

An example would be if you complete 20 games you get a xp bonus that stays with you as long as you don’t quit. Every 20 games with a no quit would give you a challenge competed, get 10 challenge competed and get a reward(helmet, camo, emblem).

This is just an example, but I really do think 343 need to start rewarding positive minded players in the Halo community.

You get rewarded with XP. It should stay at that, don’t want the armor and extra stuff like supply drops in CoD.

Extra xp sounds nice but it cant be just one game it has to be like 5 in a row to get extra xp. So every 5 games you don’t quit you get extra xp just to make it fair.

Love the idea about rewarding with xp, but it still doesn’t solve the problem that a lot of people simply don’t care about xp that much. But I think mixing this with some mild deterrents would work very nicely. The armor rewards is a little much. I think 343i struggles to make armor as it is. Rewarding people with armor like this would lead to some fugly armors in h4. But good thinking! The carrot is better than the stick, or something like that.

Nothing will ever solve quitting, but I know I would be more willing to stay in a game if it ment I would keep my XP bonus or I was close to a gun camo. I’m also in favor of JIP and I think players put into JIP games should be rewarded too.
