As far as i am concern this is by far the best Halo Story and gameplay since Halo Ce.
It feels good to explore, shoot and strategize.
The difficulty was a bit unfair at time on Heroic. As in if the vehicles weren’t paper mache these section would have been fun as all hell. And these mini bosses are relentless lol.
The exploration my god was it a blast. So many things to find, So many easter egg.
The story was awkward at first but the more i played the more it grew on me.
Music was on par with Marty and Michael salvatory. But it would randomly play when it shouldn’t sometime which led to hilarious moment. Like at one point i went to destroy a propaganda tower and 1 grunt was left then the epic music started and ended 2 second later as i bashed the poor grunt skull with the but of my bulldog.
Disappointing for the lack of flood but seeing the Harbinger made me so happy as a lore nerd.
I wish we saw and fought Atriox.
Discovering the story trough the small marine hiding spot was also a nice touch but where is Lasky or all they other ?
What happen to Spartan Griffin ?
On to replay on Legendary and i am hoping to find stuff i missed.
This is a Solid 9/10 for me.
