You can boost to the front, left, right and reverse
Promoting cheating or griefing is against the rules here.
If you mean deranking yes you can, although Halo 5 can detect this and ban you.
No you can not, Arena reset is a soft reset. I tested it specifically. Finished a season in Diamond Slayer, next season played with 3 Bronze friends so we matched low teams. We all went collectively -50 every placement to lose every game and go massively negative.
I still got placed in Platinum.
