Returning to Home Screen...

Has anyone else playing right now keep getting booted to home screen???

This is the second game that I’ve been in the middle of playing, only to be sent to this screen:

“B” Quit Activity…
“Select squares” Carnage Report…
“—” Spartan Hub…

I’m in the middle of playing and I automatically get sent to the dang home screen!!!

Am I alone in I keep getting spawned mid-game on the losing team??? This is complete crap.
