This is going to be about returning or new medals you’d like to see added to h5. Here are mine.

Killjoy
It’s a returning medal, I shouldn’t need to explain this.’

Revenge
It’s a returning medal, I shouldn’t need to explain this.

The various weapon sprees
Returning

PWNAGE
Combination of reversal and Perfect.

PWN’D
Being a recipient of the above.

Grand Theft Halo
Hijack 2 or more vehicles with a space of less than 5 seconds between them.

Who needs ammo?
Successfully getting a kill when you have no grenades, bullets, Percentage weapons at 0%, etc.

5 splatters without dying

Vehicular manslaughter (return)
Believe it was 10 splatters without dying

Slice and dice (return)
10 sword kills without dying

Gravemind (rename to patient zero) (return/rename)
Kill every spartan as the infected without dying

Yoink (return)
Steal a team mates assassination…
I personally don’t do it, please put down the pitch forks and torches.

Retribution (return)
Assassinate the enemy that killed you last

Get it off (new?) Can’t remember if this existed but was 10…
Stick 5 enemies without dying

5 seconds seems like too short of a time in between hijacks to earn that medal. I get the premise behind it, but maybe it should be something like, hijack 3 or more vehicles in a single game.

Arial Pound
Successfully ground pound an opponent in mid air

Ballssassination
Assassinate an opponent while carrying the ball in Grifball or Assault

Covenant Sympathizer
Ride in a Ghost, Wraith, and Banshee in the same game

War Hero
Ride in Scorpion, Mantis, Warthog/Scout, and Mongoose/Gungoose all in the same game

Billy the Kid
Achieve a perfect kill with 3 or more precision weapons in the same game

We still have retribution. Plasma were sticky spree, something, and then Corrected. Can’t remember the middle one. Gravemind is cool, sounds like one people would chase forever.

Edit: It was sticky fingers.

Craptacular (new)
Get a Yoink, Showstopper and Assassination in one game.

Also, I miss the shotgun spree medals (Open Season, Buck Wild).

Gravemind was from halo 4’s flood. But since H5 is infection not flood I think it should be renamed to patient zero.

Isn’t revenge the same as retribution, or is it the easier retribution? As retribution requires an assasination. I would ammend TGH to be awarded for 3 hijacks in one game.

Revenge is just killing the other guy who just killed you. Retribution is assassinating them.

I miss the assist medals from Reach.

Assist Spree (Assist in 5 kills without dying)
Sidekick (Assist in 10 kills without dying)
Second Gunman (Assist in 15 kills without dying)

I also miss KoTH, and miss getting the Hail to the King medal. Was always amazing to get.

Not surprised… it was really hard to get since you had to beat your team mates and kill literally everyone without getting killed.

Weapon sprees for all power weapons
5, 10, and 15 kills

Vehicle sprees
Splatter, Wheelman, and Gunner also 5, 10, and 15.

Also count Wheelman medals as an assist.

Ballsassination is already in Halo 5, the medal registers in-game, BUT it is not visible on Halowaypoint for some reason. We are missing a ton of objective related medals, for instance:

  • Oddball (Interception, Smooth Moves, Carrier Kill Assist, Ball Master, Ball Hog, Magic Hands, First Touch) - Ricochet (Goal Defense, Rejection, Long Bomb, Fast Break, Catch, Ball Clear) - King of the Hill (First Point, Hill Defense/Offense, Vehicle Hill +5/+10/+15, Hill Dominance, Hail to the King, Regime Change) - Dominion (Base Defense/Offense, Base Captured, Resupply Assist, Capture Initiation Assist, Fortification Assist, Shield Door Destroyed, Breach, Sapper, Base Saved, Hero!, Survivor, Kill Shot, Security Chief, Chief Engineer, Turret Destroyed, Demolition Expert) - Regicide (Regicide, Reign of Terror, King Assist, Kingtacular, King Joust, Savior, Kingslayer, King Spree) - Extraction (Arm Stopped, Beacon Armed, Site Offense, Beacon Converted, Stay Back!, Expert Extraction)

I miss the Spree medals. They were always fun to get in the older games.

Any and all driver medals from every previous halo game which are all missing or broken in halo 5. Please!
