RETURN TO LEVEL 1

problem after end of last ranking game 12 hrs ago - reset xbox and since then been on level 1 with no history or access to profile page here either. tried all the hard reset etc with no luck. Error report on this site says problem at their end and embarrassing… but is there anyone actually fixing it? where do I go to fix it or get support? I’m around level 73

exactly the same problem it’s happened after the patch for the grifball yesterday and it’s the same today

I often wonder why folk over at Xbox Support direct anybody to that^ forum - it’s a community forum that has no affiliation with 343 :confused:

edit shoudl make it clear, I meant the 343industries forum, not Waypoint. 343i forum is completely community run and has no affiliation with 343i or Microsoft

Same here. :frowning: I even tried clearing local saved data, still lvl 1 with no commendations or stats.

I have the same issue, again. This happened to me with Halo 4 too, seriously, going back to level 1 after 4 months of daily work this is very frustrating!!!

If only 343 would acknowledge that there is an issue and that they are working on it.
Clients kept in the dark is never a wise business decision.

Just think of the fact that this client purchases a 70$ game, then a 60$ xbox live card to be able to play online, then 2 Req packs of 25$ (Warzone & Arena), then 3 Gold Req packs of 3$ and spent days working to upgrade his stats and arsenal.

And now your company comes up with a patch that stops this client from being able to play online (Back to level 1 and Retrieving data message) and cannot even tell this client you are working on a solution or even acknowledge the issue.

And why do we have to report issues a forums?
Don’t you guys make enough money to have a call center?
And are you guys familiar with a class action lawsuit?

I mean if all of this would be free, no biggie, but the fact that you guys charged me 190$ and now you can’t deliver, well, that makes me very upset.
Hope you guys can acknowledge the issue asap and fix it.

agree completely… mine returned to normal last night after 24hrs so I’m lucky but lack of any kind of info or customer support is unbelievable

Won’t clearing your local saved games delete all your games

Went from 95 to 1 and when I got into a game everyone’s armor was set to default recruit.
