Return of the Halo 3 Brute Prowler?

I don’t know about you guys, but I LOVED the Brute Prowler in Halo 3. While it wouldn’t exactly make a good fit for matchmaking, I would still love to see it return in the Campaign or perhaps even Spartan Ops

I think the only people who vote ‘No’ are the people who haven’t played Halo 3 when it came out.

OT: Definitely! If not in campaign, then in forge and custom games. If not in forge and custom games, then in spartan ops. I’m 60% sure it will return but there’s a problem - it is a brute vehicle and, unfortunately for us, I’m not sure if Brutes are in Halo 4.

But we can always dream!

EDIT: If the prowler is returning, the chopper needs to return.

I personally preferred the Spectre, and I was sad that they switched it out for the Prowler, which I wasn’t as much of a fan of because of the Prowler’s handling. Still, I wish they could include lots of vehicles in these future DLC packs for Customs.

Well, we haven’t seen any brutes…

The Prowler was just an ugly Covie Hog wannabe with a gun that couldn’t hit a distant target whatsoever.

not just the prowler, i want everything brute back. brute stuff was the reason i loved halo 3 everything brute just feels super bad -Yoink-, i don’t understand why they got rid of them all in reach.

Let’s completely get rid of the attempt to make an alien equivalent of the Warthog along with the Sangheili being ejected from multiplayer.

There’s no reason to have these worthless vehicles anymore.

If the Spectre or Prowler had a main turret that was actually effective then yeah I’d love to see them in Halo 4. Problem was that their turret weapons were useless in a combat situation, slow to kill, hard to target meaning that an average Warthog driver and gunner would just mop the floor with them.

To everyone saying that we haven’t seen any Brutes, while that it is true, I have reason to believe that the Brutes will be back. I’ve seen some drawings of what appear to be Brutes designed for Halo 4 as the armor and colors all match up with the general feel of the art for Halo 4, but I’m not entirely sure

How about this. Something I never understood is why the Brutes have their own weapon system with Spikers and Brute Shots, but when it came to the turret on the Brute Prowler they have Plasma? That never made sense to me, so what I say is bring back the Prowler, but with Spiker-like projectiles as opposed to the weak plasma we saw in Halo 3

i hated that stupid fish-looking monstrosity that passed for a means of transportation if it does return i will be very disappointed if it returns and has a warthog run like segment that is mandatory to finish the game i will unleash fan rage the was once thought impossible from one person

Brute Prowler has got to be the most useless vehicle put into Halo multiplayer ever. More useless than the Halo 3 mongoose. The Spectre was a much better vehicle. I wouldn’t mind seeing the chopper return though.

Or maybe some new warthog counterpart, my favorite one so far was the one from H2.

Plasma is weak? Maybe in gameplay yes, to balance it out. But plasma is way more useful and stronger than spikers…

And they had Brute Plasma Rifle’s as well, so…
