So for 2 days I would try to open or buy req packs, but it.would just load and say retrieving data, I sighned out of my xbox account and lost my rank and armor and all reqs. Please.help I had legendary armor and put alot of time into this game and reqs are still not working so I will have trouble just starting over.
Looking at your account on Waypoint shows you have a SR 21 Spartan with Mark VI helmet and some Noble armor. This shows that your account data is still in the cloud. What is probably happening is a profile sync error; there is communication trouble between your console and the cloud server. Suggestions for a fix:
- Hard reset/power cycle your console. This solves the issue in most cases.
- Try deleting your local game save data. This is a dangerous step because if you aren’t careful, you could accidentally delete your save data from the cloud, erasing all of your progress forever. I suggest using Google to look up a guide for this step.
- Reinstall Halo 5.
