At the end of m last Warzone match on Stormbreak. My team lost and at the conclusion of the match instead of the carnage report I got a loading screen with a “Retrieving Data” message. The report never came up, and I couldn’t back out until the match intermission was over and it was finding a new match. I backed out and still couldn’t find the carnage report. I went on waypoint to check the game history and its not there, like the match never existed. So all the XP, All the REQ points and commendation progress is gone. Game would have ended around 6:30pm AZ time.

This has happened to me numerous times. It is very annoying.

It really happens to often they should fix the damn problem, sometimes you’ve a good game and then all of your reqs and xp are gone

im so pissed off about this, c’mon 343 do you know how to make games? Sometimes I think should never bought this game

I lost a legendary boost this morning again. Really getting pissed now. When I use a common it doesn’t seem to happen as often as when I use an ultra rare or legendary. This is getting old and should have already been taken care of.

same here, so frustrating

Update: I got my legendary RP boost back but it only gave me a massive 750 points. It wasn’t a randomized jackpot or mission victory one.

I’ve seen in other forums that in these instances your totals will populate eventually. Would have preferred an answer from support though… since… you know… this is where we are supposed to go for…support
