Congrats 343 on your tournament but please don’t forget all the money you’ve made from micro transactions are by casual fans of halo. If these server issues are not addressed your player retention will start to dwindle… Please 343 don’t forget about the casuals…
Retrieving data! My favorite! If I would have know and if 343i would have advertised that retrieving data would be a core feature in halo 5. Then I would have bought halo 5 for 200$+.

Almost every single time I start Halo it will not retrieve my data until I go into the XB1 settings and test the MP connection. Once I test the connection . and go back into Halo it works. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Halo is not syncing properly with the XBL servers. For what ever reason thinks you are offline until you test the connection, then its like" Oh Ok , you are connected, let me get that data for you" .
343 where is the server support? Most companies have these types of issues hammered out in the first few months! Please I want to give halo love but I can’t if I cannot access it…
So not only is it not retrieving data for me. I am stuck at level 1 and I have 0 req points. I’ve played quite a few games and I’m still level 1 with 0 req points and it never loads the post game stats. I’m at a complete loss. I loaded up another xbox one profile I have on halo and it shows my level / req points just fine.
Every monthly drop, this happens. Give it some time and it will fix itself. I would recommend doing a cold boot with the XBOX, after things get reset.
