Retrieving data

For about a week and a half now I have been retrieving data, no access to req’s, no access to forge, custom game, customization, or commendations.
I have reinstalled halo 5 twice now and no change.
My data is not syncing. PLEASE help.

Out of Xbox Live? If not, I only get the retrieving data for warzone, only once in a while. I don’t know how I can help, but im sorry D-:

Most annoying thing ever

It’s bad connection, try restarting your router

i just got the game for my birthday,

first day it was fine and worked ok. i had a code on the box which got me a “Advanced Promotional REQ Pack” which got me a load of reqs 3 legendary helmets and armours and the assault rifle with plasma baton. and on the first day i levelled up to lvl 4. the second and third day i had the retrieve sesson data which doesnt finalise and i couldnt access or use any of my reqs.

at the end of the third day i was getting pretty annoyed and was often restarting and checking here and other threads for answer. while trying one to no avail i thought maybe i needed to restart first so did so via the xbox button.
upon reload my lvl has been reset i lost all my special armour and req and still cant access anything.

so ive been left with a complete restart and no rewards that i gained over the first few days.#

from looking at the various and numerous threads on the data retrival and not being able to access reqs in warzone or in spartan hub it appears this issue has been around since before xmas and there seems to have been little or no response from 343i.

i can only assume that no 343i developers look at or listen to these forums any more since the massive backlash they had for the stupid idea they had too remove split screen co-op from a franchise that has grow and thrived on it.

please can someone get some answers.
