My game says Retrieving Data instead of loading the playlist. I also can’t see my spartan or any customization options. I tried restarting my console a couple times. Any solution?
Try resetting Alternate MAC Address in system network settings on your Xbox One to clear the network cache and to improve the general responsiveness of Halo 5.
