I just played a warzone game and now I want to trade in req point but can’t because, retrieving data. Its been doing this for 20mins and is still doing it now. Ive already reset the game four times. The problem is dookie servers that we get stuck with. But no split screening right? That’s another topic.
I’ve had this problem at least once a week for the past several months. It happened to me yesterday after a Warzone game also. Keep in mind, yesterday none of the Xbox One services or Apps were working last night. My friend called Xbox and they told him the only thing working right now were installed games with disc, which is why we could play Halo at all. Xbox Live is a joke and Microsoft is just as clueless as to what consumers really want, albeit it’s basically the same company and mindset. I’ll get errors when trying to create a party chat saying my network settings will not allow a party chat. To fix this I have to perform a hard shutdown of my xbox one, and then turn off my router for 30 seconds.
I’ve never been this frustrated with Halo… Wait I take that back, MCC takes the cake on that one.
It’s kinda annoying when this happens, but it doesn’t seem to be as severe a problem as yours when it happens to me. I have this problem frequently, but restarting Halo always works. Yesterday it happened after i got my daily arena win pack and I couldn’t open it. I just played a WZ assault mach and when i finished it was fine and i opened my pack.
I had it happen for about a week straight the only thing that fixed it was deleting and reinstalling the game but then it did it again like 2 days later lol so I gave up on it
