This issue really needs fixing. I am often finding myself restarted the game just to load it back up for it to either work, or still be the same.

Only 5? I’ve waited 7 games worth.
Same! Every game has been like this, played 30+ ranked yet only 8 or so counted.
Just give it a couple of minutes after you start the game.
