played a warzone game, no reqs available, stuck in retrieving data? finished the game that I had used a rare xp card on and still stuck retrieving data.
anyone else experience this, what about the xp card? do i lose it?
Restart your xbox
You have to restart your game and no you won’t lose the REQ, XP, etc. It should show up once you restart your game. Happened to me tonight while playing Arena.

I have to test my MP connection in the settings of the XB1. Then it will finally work. Restarting the game or console does nothing.

Even hard reset didn’t work? Reset and Hard reset are two different things 
I had trouble with this for at least a month dude, I know your pain, but unlike everyone else here said, restarting is not the best way to fix it, yes theres a restart in the process and it may fix it but its usually your cache, and id bet that if you clear it every month on a regular basis you wouldn’t have as much problems. go to your settings, then go to network, then when your there go to advanced settings then go to Alternate MAC Address or somethin like that I cant remember but after you are there just click it and it will say clear and clear it. a restart will occur afterwards, but your gameplay will probably be better.
