What is the deal with this retrieving data and being unable to access any req system in any playlist? I see others having this but I see absolutely zero about it from 343. Are they even aware?
have you tried restarting your xbox?
Restarted it several times. Got it working for two games, after third it said unable to retrieve data and then nothing. I also can’t see the symbols of players when they join up in multiplayer. Internet and Xbox Live are both working fine.
I have been having this problem lately too, hopefully someone knows whats up.
This happened every other game for me tonight. Go to the Xbox menu, choose quit, and restart the game. Sometimes you have to do this more than once. Really annoying.
This should probably be in the H5 support forum, but I will say it happened for me for a pretty big chunk of the day today, but everything seems to be better now for me, hopefully yours is good too or will be soon.
I got retrieving data on my very first game of Warzone Turbo. Yeh, I was kinda mad!

Ive been having the same issue here also. To be honest ive been having a lot of strange things like this happening to me. This just happens to be one of them. lol.
They need to fix all this bugs constantly been happening losing rec points retrieve data issues not loading seems it’s going to be the last Halo I will purchase.
