Games Halo 5: Guardians

When I try and go into the req store it just says retrieving data and that’s it. It doesn’t load. I can’t change my appearance or look and my req cards and it does the same thing

Try dashboarding out of Halo 5 and quitting from the game using start.

Then re open it and that should do it.

If not hard turn off your xbox

I have done both and am still experiencing this problem.
