I consistently get the message retrieving data after matches. i cant access req points or boosts and it is damn near impossible to play with friends. i usually fix this issue with a hard reset of the game or my entire xbox, but then fairly soon, it returns. HELP. My nat is open, so that aint the issue

This has been happening to me for the past few weeks, it’s so frustrating! If I play warzone I can’t even choose any reqs and am forced to spawn with a pistol and AR for the entire match. Plz address this 343!

Was online last night and my reqs and customizations were all working again. Hopefully it stays working!
I still can’t do anything. Customization, open packs, check challenges, or anything in warzone games. Lucky to get a match or 2 where I can call in something to help the team. No sense in playing if I can’t do anything. Don’t think the match’s reward packs or points have been saving either. Also can’t load anyone’s emblems in the lobby screen either. Tried hard resets, exiting the game, and even reinstalling the game. Nothing.
Multilayer Arena, can’t customize, no player progression, can’t check on stats, no player emblems or ID, can’t access requisitions. Have tried everything I could think of, nothing works. Very irritating. Makes me not want to play anymore. Bug needs to be fixed asap. Gonna go play Halo 3 multilayer instead…
I’ve been dealing with this for at least three weeks now. I’ve completely uninstalled and reinstalled. Have open NAT. Exiting Game. Resetting Router. Turned off/on xbox. Everything. No results. This damn screen is killing me…
Yup, this is happening to me as well.
I’m extremely frustrated by this and more frustrated by the fact that 343 isn’t addressing this issue.
All I play is warzone for the most part now, so not having the req system show up pretty much breaks the game for me.
Well I see I’m not alone with this issue. For the last few days no access to reqs, gamer tags or rank. Areas a waste of time and warzone sucks with no reqs
