I have not been able to use reqs. Or gain reqs. And experience points keeps saying retrieving data.with the loading symbol. Getting very angry at this point!

I don’t know a lot about this, but try the following:
(In order)
- Hard Reset Your Xbox
Turn off the xbox, unplug power source for 30 seconds. - Reset Internet
Reset router and modem. Turn on xbox and connect to internet after router and modem resets. - Play a game in matchmaking.
Sometimes takes a game to sync.
