My game is forever “Retrieving Data” and I don’t know how to fix it. Please help!
I’ve tried quitting the app. That hasn’t worked.
Ive tried restarting my Xbox. That doesn’t work.
I cant access the req store. I can’t see my spartan rank, carnage report, or see my boosts or req points.
please help

Have you tried a hard reset?
This issue is impacting many of us. What I do is load the game and literally wait a couple of minutes before going into the menus. If I don’t get any sync errors, I wait a couple of more minutes then go into the req store or my reqs, if they are there you can go into WZ and your reqs will work. It they are not there, wait a few another minute and keep checking your reqs until they load. Then play the game. Annoying, but that is the workaround that works for me. 343/ms need to fix this.
If you are in game, and it occurs, wait until the game ends, and restart Halo.
