Here go again after the non stop 343 industries servers drops in despite the fact that my internet optical fiber connection is off the chain! this morning I’ve been surprised with an other one i was just trying to access to the REQ system but I cant because there is a -Yoink!- infinite spinning wheel logo with the message retrieving data on my damn TV screen can you fix this or how to fix this? seriously i getting fed up! since i start HALO 5 matchmaking its just failure after failure what going on with this retrieving data message HELP!
I haven’t had that issue in a while. I would suggest restarting your Xbox. I currently have a boost card that won’t go away and I earned a commendation req pack that I never received. so seems like there are a lot of issues.
For me it’s fixed, haven’t had this glitch for weeks
maybe check your internet connection if you can’t retrieve the data
also, wrong forum
post bugs/glitches in the Halo 5: Guardians Support Forum
I had my first server drop yesterday. Unfortunately we had 1 kill left for the win when it happened : (. I also has several of the req. loading issues and one with the infinite spinning wheel. Also had more rubber-banding / teleporting yesterday usually that is pretty rare.
- It is so dumbZack1001zack hate it it sucks i go on warzone assault and when i finish i cant see if i killed how many people the i start again i try to get a gun or ghost but i cant

I’m having a problem where I cant pull up my previous games data. Can anyone help me with this?
I usually go to forge and wait a minute then exit and press Y and by then my reqs reappear. Try that or keep pressing Y and closing it until you stuff appears since they both work for me.

Hard reset your console. To do this press and hold the button on the front of your console until it completely shuts off and wait a few minutes before restarting it.
