Retrieving data for requisitions

When I try to access my requisitions I get retrieving data how can I fix this

Shut down xbox, then unplug xbox. Wait a few minutes. Plug up and play. It should reset it.

You might have to finish the game and then reset your console/internet. This has happened to me before.

I have recently been on tech support, they did confirm that matchmaking is having issues so that’s why people can’t see their req’s.

I had a similar problem last night. I couldn’t view my REQ points or the REQ packs. What ended up fixing my problem was just playing an Arena game, not sure which playlist. After I did so, I was able to view my 14000ish REQ points and the REQ packs. See if that helps you.
