"RETRIEVING DATA" for 5 days now, about to lose it

Look at the latest videos above. I can’t do so many things in this game right now. I can’t do forge, customs, theater, play warzone with my reqs, see the req store, see my points, do any kind of customization on my Spartan, check my or other people’s stats (and most people’s emblems are default for some reason and are level 1s), etc.

This is pretty much breaking the game for me. Sure, this used to happen twice or three times per week prior to this past week, but for the past FIVE days, I haven’t really been able to do anything from above aside from a few rare chances here and there. I don’t want to quit Halo 5, but this issue is pushing me over the edge now. Warzone is my primary reason for playing Halo 5 and it’s game-breaking if I can’t play Warzone with my reqs, open reqs, or customize my Spartan.

Please, 343. Please address this soon. Otherwise I’m out.

Yeah, I’m feeling you on this issue, I haven’t played it all this week because of this bs issue and the temporary fixes of signing out, signing back in, and hard resetting the xbox aren’t working now.

I’m linking a post to the same issue that was brought up almost a month ago and 343 responded but, I still see no news for a fix.

edit: This issue also carries over to Arena. None of my skins, armors, or any customization is carrying over. Just played a BTB match and everyone I saw had recruit armor, even me. Really pissed off right now.
