I’ve not been able to have any of my reqs load in Warzone for over a week now. I bought the EG skin pack and ever since then I have had issues, though I honestly don’t think the skin pack had anything to do with it.
I also have constant issues connecting to Halo servers as well.
Tried hard resetting my Xbox multiple times, quit halo and restarted from xbox menu, loaded another game, and none of these solutions have worked.
I am getting fed up with this as the game is literally unplayable. I have not had a single issue with Halo 5 up until this point.
Anyone have some ideas? All I want to do is sit down and play a normal game of warzone.
I am having the same problem. I even went as far as uninstall and reinstall halo completely. Still same problem. Hopefully a fix will be up soon.
Yeah it is driving me nuts. I will get in a the odd game with no issues, then after the game the stats don’t load and then it is straight downhill from there.
Also tried a hard reset on my modem too with no luck.
I may have the same thing. When playing solo game - get this profile synch error. When playing MP and I try to load up requisitions, it just says retrieving data and the spinning circle icon, but never opens it.
I CAN’T EVEN CONNECT TO FIREFIGHT. I am checking again if is possible. For now I am uninstalling the game. I Have had frequent network problems but they are managable. I’ve had several data retrival errors, but work themselves out in time. BUT, who do I go to about a HALO5 problem. Is there a halo gaje problem number to CALL? Probably not.

Ever since the latest update, I haven’t been able to play Halo at all. My Xbox one is sitting idle, and I’m starting to lose interest in playing anymore Halo if this issue keeps up. I’m strongly considering NOT purchasing anymore Xbox games in the future until Microsoft gets its act together.
I’ve had the same issue playing any of the multiplayer games on Halo 5. Bit of a bummer as I can’t even get access to my req items in the game, super frustrating because I got some awesome certifications before it started not working.
So far I’ve done a reset, unplug reset and then just kept playing hoping it would get better.
Five games of war zone and one arena later and still hasn’t worked.
Hopefully Halo can get this fixed.
Yeah i have the same issue, can’t access reqs in game, makes it hard to get a win when you can only use an AR and a pistol for 5 rounds (if you even make it that far). Can’t even access req store and you would think that they would at least have that fixed as you can spend money there! I am a die hard fan though so i guess it is back to the campaign for me. It wouldn’t be so bad if they had random spawns for weapons and vehicles on the maps but relying totally on the reqs for any in game mods makes it a little disappointing. 343 you need to fix this, very soon!!!
