Retrieving Data Error

Hello does anybody have a solution to the problem in which occasionally a map created in forge will display on the menu before loading that it is constantly ‘Retrieving Data’ and not displaying the name of the map in the menu screen for forge and custom games.

This also has the issue in which because of this, the map cannot be ‘saved as’ in game as a message saying failure appears in the bottom left.

I had this same problem a few days ago (lost about 3hr of work). It seems to be spreading as it has started happening to me in my REQ store and anywhere my personal data is needed. I believe it is a problem with their servers as I have a 100mb internet connection.
Hopefully this gets fixed soon.

  • Xbox DVR videos or screenshots are also extremely helpful - File Name of the map - Approximate date & time that you received this error - Anything special about these maps (size, specific objects etc.) - What were you doing right before you received this error? - Did performing a hard reset resolve the issue?
