Still dealing with the same problem I’very hado since launch, cannot use reqs in warzone matches, can’t visit the req store, can’t see my armor, and a lot of times it gets stuck on processing when buying a pack, or selling a req. Any update on a fix?

I have the same problem.
And now, it even get worse. I can not syncing data from the server so I can not even use the online mode.

HALO 5 is a good game. BUT THE SERVER ARE JUST IDIOTS!!!

I’ve had the same issue for the last 2 weeks. I can play every other game with no issue!

This is so annoying and it does it after every game pretty much for me.

i just had 5-6 games in a row where it said could not retrieve data in the end, none of these games counted towards my commendations, wins and the same for all the people who were in my party. the matches were not even registered on way point and seem to be non existent. if 343 is reading this could you plz look into this since we won those 5-6 games but havens registered on the system. the same for all commendations and kills towards our spartan company commendations. plz fix this so we can get our stuff the games stats must have been recorded somewhere?

I am having the same issue - just started today.

I had this issue at the end of January but it started again a couple of days ago. I’m about to plug in my 360 again and just play H4.

Same here I’m having the same issue for the past about 2 weeks. My girlfriend is also having the same issue. There’s not resolved soon I’m going to have to find a different game to play!

I’ve been getting so many problems with this game lately… Hell!!! I still haven’t been able to get online for the past six days!!!
