Retrieving Data and Profile Reset

I keep getting a Retrieving Data message at the end of my games. It also resets my account to level 1 and I lose all my reqs and boosts. It has happened twice while buying a Gold Req pack - i didnt get the reqs and I lost the req points on top of it. It will fix itself temporarily but will always revert back to this error. Help?

The few pack items are are to your inventory of the points were deducted. As for the retrieving error glitch it is happening to many of us. I go to the main menu quit out of halo and restart the game.

I do the same - I also log out of my account - and nothing helps. It will periodically fix but it will revert back after a few games
