I just played a game of FFA, but as happens with increasing frequency, instead of the post-game stats I got “Retrieving Data” and can’t back out until I get returned to the MM queue automatically. I got zero REQ points from this game, and it doesn’t show up on my game history on Waypoint. I literally couldn’t even prove I played this game if I had to. I went and checked up on the last game where this happened yesterday, and it’s not on Waypoint either.
This is incredibly frustrating. I know it’s on the buglist over at reddit, but is it something that’s being looked into?
This has been happening to me too for the last two days. Other users are saying just to hard reset your console or quit the game, so try that. It hasn’t helped me the slightest though. Goodluck!
On occasion, players may not see their Post-Game-Carnage-Report. If this occurs, you need not worry as your XP and RP earnings are still being tracked and logged for your account. To see your progress, please perform a hard reset on your Xbox One. After the hard reset, this issue should be resolved, and all of your earnings should correctly be applied to your account.
Additionally, if you’d like to verify from a computer or mobile device, you can verify that the XP and RP should be correctly reflected in your HaloWaypoint.com Service Record.

Same thing happens to me, especially after Warzone games, must have lost over 12000 worth points. And no after hard reset they do not reappear, no trace of game at all. Funny thing is though from time to time boost cards reappear that I thought were lost/wasted because of this.
This happens every now and then. After you play another match it will load your Req points from that previous game. It should be patched in Cartographers Gift.
