I’ve read the other posts about difficulties loading reqs, and am experiencing a different issue.
After selecting Multiplayer, and then Warzone or Arena all that happens is the screen says “Retrieving Data.” It has the correct rank and ID card, but won’t load and eventually returns me to the main menu. Also, if I go to the Spartan Hub and into any of the menus, anything that requires it to connect to the servers doesn’t display anything. For example, it shows the correct skin for the weapons, but doesn’t display the other non-selected skins I have.
I’ve already restarted the system multiple times and that hasn’t cleared the error.
Any ideas?
Make sure you are wired. If you start the game and are not getting req errors, give a minute or two for the reqs to load into the game. Check that you have access to your reqs before you go into the matchmaking lobby.
This is what I do. Wait 1 minute or two for the req’s to load. As long as you did not get any synchronization errors they will load. Goes like this Retrieving Data > Red error message > reqs load. if you get retrieving data or red error at start up, go back one screen wait 30 seconds, and then go back into your req inventory. Repeal until the req’s load. The req system is so bloated, it loads after the game has loaded.
If you’re having this problem (like I did), I recommend you restart your internet modem / router. Turn it off, disconnect the power for 10 seconds, then plug it in again. It works for me.
