This only applies to the Xbox controller users, but has anyone else noticed the reticule moves fast while looking up rather than down? Is this a feature? I noticed it when moving my thumbstick diagonally and thought it seemed strange and then noticed it moving vertically as well. It almost seems like while looking up there is acceleration applied but not while looking down. There is about a 1 second difference between the two starting from a neutral position.
