Game.co.uk are advertising theirs as ‘Oceanic Armor and Battle Rifle Skins’.
I was under the impression you were getting the ‘Circuit’ armor skin from them (which can be applied to multiple armor sets), not the Oceanic Armor itself (which can be unlocked in-game by anyone).
Is it because the images/info that 343i have sent them showed the circuit skin being demonstrated on an oceanic armor set?
Am I the one confused, or are the retailers themselves a bit confused?
Because right now, it sounds like you’ll get an exclusive armor set by pre-ordering with them and I don’t think this is actually the case - like I said, I think anyone will be able to obtain the Oceanic armor in-game.
Are the retailers on dodgy ground here? Is this potentially false advertising? Should 343i contact them to clear up the confusion or am I completely confused about the pre-order bonuses myself and the retailers are correct.
I’m pretty sure your right, the game retailers can be a bit dodgy. I’m sure bs angel cleared that up in the bulletin that armour would be accessible to everyone, or "unlocked.
I would imagine they are offering the circuit skin as a pre-order bonus, but they have decided to call it the Oceanic armour skin due to a mix up or something. Alternatively there could be a skin called Oceanic, but the image you provided looks like the circuit skin in the bulletin to me so I would say it is probably a mix up.

I don’t think there will be a skin called Oceanic as well - that would be a bit confusing.
I think you’re right - it’s just a mix-up, but it should really be corrected.
I don’t think that picture is wrong it’s just saying that you will get skins for the battle rifle and the oceanic armour (that’s how I interpret it anyway).
I’d explain what I think when I read it in more detail, but I just cant think of how to write it.

Just read the name of the skin, the oceanic armor has the skin for demonstration purposes.

I think you’re right.
They’re saying you get a skin (Circuit) for your Oceanic armor when really they should just say ‘Armour skin’ instead of ‘Oceanic Armour skin’ since it can be used on all armors, not just Oceanic.
What the circuit skin is for Game! Cool didn’t realise any of the pre-order bonuses were for the U.K, what I want to know is weather or not this is online only or if those of us who use the high street get it as well.

Good question. I think I’m going to order online since game has been closing some stores on the high street.

No, they are saying the Oceanic armor and battle rifle skins. Skin for armor, skin for Br. Not multiple skins for the br.

He didn’t say multiple skins for BR, he just said that the ‘circuit’ skin can be applied to other armour sets.

BTW there is no need to worry about game closing any more stores. And also asked local store and the guy said that it could just be management neglecting to tell them about the skins or that it could be online only. (So not much help really :D)
With the amount of different pre-order skins available I’m not surprised that there is confusion. But armor will not be kept away from anyone, just skins.
