Unfortunately not just a digital code (At least this was the case in my ultimate edition.)
Quite a shame that a DRM free version comes to the Xbox players but not the PC players, meh.
EDIT: Just to confirm the PC copy only comes with the play anywhere DIGITAL copy of Xbox one, not a physical copy. Sorry for any confusion.
And you’re saying that the digital code provided doesn’t grant permission for both Xbox and PC downloads?
My understanding was that HW2 was play anywhere, and that you got that when you purchased it.
