And as we already knew… Halo won in every category.
I’m still really surprised by this :D! COD has over double the fan base. There has been a lot more hate on Halo 4 then previous titles.

Ok guys so I thought I would make an official thread about this here. IGN has a Youtube video where your views count as votes toward either Halo 4 or Call of Duty: Black Ops 2.
I will post the links to the main video and the videos that count towards Halo 4 votes. DO NOT CLICK THE COD VIDEOS (Unless you are actually voting for COD which is fine). If you wanna know how each game is doing I will be checking the views. We don’t need everyone voting for both just cause they are wondering if Halo 4 is winning lol :).

There you have it guys. IGN states in the videos that results will be posted on Tuesday, December 4th. Lots of people read IGN and Christmas is coming up. Let’s make sure everyone knows what game to wish for this year!
If I want more then two people to view this I’m gonna have to bump. It’s not really the kind of topic that gets a lot of discussion (that goes for polls and such to). So I will bump when I feel like it.
I suppose we could discuss what we voted for and why.
I voted for Halo 4 in every category. Why? Cause CODBO2 has something like double the sales of Halo 4. I hope that people who are getting either or both for Christmas will read the reviews and realize that one game is better ;).
In a perfect world, I would get both and credit COD for the good things it has over Halo. But Halo 4 deserves a boost in sales. They should both be able to have $500 million or more :)!!! But it’s not a perfect world.
Furthermore, Notice how Halo has free DLC (Spartan Ops), Lots of amazing books and expanded universe, a live action series and anime, COD Elite is paid for but Halo Waypoint is free and has more info, etc. All this amazing stuff and only half the sales? Not fair. So even though I respect CODBO2, I had to vote Halo 4 because they deserve the votes more.

I was around for every Halo Release (except Wars) and if I recall Halo’s 1 & 2 had the best graphics for the years they were released.
Seen Halo 1 today? Honestly still not really bad. Pretty good thinking back on it being a whole 10 years ago.

The cycle continues. I hope 343 watches that Social Skirmish video that The Halo Council put up. So much can be fixed and addressed at the moment!

Well that just sucks. I think all the hardcore COD gamers should play Halo 4. It’s more involved. COD is like GTA now.

The thing that people should be thinking and considering here is that all the CoD fans are busy playing CoD, and all the Halo ‘fans’ are busy complaining on forums.

We aren’t all complaining. We are hanging out like a good community should :). All COD fans have is there precious multiplayer. We have so much more. Some Halo fans aren’t using the internet at all right now! How can you count how many of us are off reading the books?

CoD will always out sell Halo since Halo is only an exculsive Xbox game while CoD is on all platforms. So there is no way Halo can compete with CoD in sales.
I would like to point out that the reason Halo 4 has more votes is because Halo fans care about their game. COD fans don’t have time to vote in polls and talk to Treyarch about how they love the game.
I bet Treyarch doesn’t get as many people saying this:

343 I just wanted to say… Halo 4 is the best Halo game I have every played and possibly the best GAME I have ever. *talks for three pages about the story of Cortana and Chief and how he/she cried at the end because of Cortana dyingThat example is me! Thats how I feel :).
