Response To Note From 343 In Divine Wind

I just finished reading Halo: Divine Wind and I was completely taken aback by what I read at the end of the book, A Special Note From 343 Industries.

I have been in the medical field for 15 years and I work on a COVID unit in a small suburban hospital. We have dealt with wave after wave of the disaster going on for almost two years now. It has been exhausting and more difficult than anything I could have imagined when my career began.

I wasn’t expecting to read that after the book; it completely caught me off guard. I’d like the author of it to know it hit on a personal level and it made me feel recognized and appreciated.

Not necessarily relating to the book, but the work you do is definitely appreciated! You’ve saved a lot of lives out there collectively :smiley:
