It kills faster then the Battle Rifle provided you score headshots.

I mean the response from when you press the triger to when it fires I feel like it’s delayed just want to see what other people think

Hope it would be slower with people dropping me quick with the magnum. The amount of ammo you need to fire from an assault rifle, to the 4 shots from the magnum.

Magnum actually requires 5 shots to kill, but I digress.
I’m a bit curious as to why there’s no “Too Fast” option in the poll. I can say for certain that I would rather have a Magnum than a DMR because the Magnum kills faster.
To me, it seems the bullet travel time is slow. It fires when I pull the trigger, but I take down foes much faster with the Battle Rifle in SWAT. At close quarters, the magnum performs perfectly. It’s mid to long range that I notice a lag.
