Resolved Please Lock

I purchased the game in February from the windows store on my pc. I was going to try and play it now on xbox one, however it is not showing up in my ready to download menu. Has anyone else had this issue? How can I get it to show up, I shouldn’t have to pay for the game twice.

I would recommend checking the licensing of the game to the Microsoft account. Check that your purchase included both PC and console. Lastly, contact Microsoft Support and see if they can resolve your issue or offer clarity. This is a licensing issue, not a Halo Wars 2 specific issue it appears.

Thanks for the advice, I had actually forgotten about this thread. I messed with it a bit more and managed to get it to work the next day.

That’s brilliant. I’m glad to hear that you managed to get it working.

If you don’t mind me asking, what was the solution? I only ask for future reference if anyone has a similar issue.
