[Resolved] Helioskrill Armor Not Unlocked

Hello,

So. I’m not sure how this works, but I’m going to give it a shot.

I completed all of the campaigns on the Master Chief Collection on legendary and unlocked the “Legend” achievement about 72 hours ago.

However, the Helioskrill armor on Halo 5: Guardians has not unlocked as of the time of this support post.

How can I, and a friend, with whom I obtained the “Legend” achievement, proceed?

Hi OP, this is a common problem.

‘mastergamer015’ has posted this helpful tip previously:
“Customise your MCC character and play some matches, do the same for H5. Wait 24 hours.”

Hopefully the above will work.
If you still don’t receive it, then you’ll have to try to unlock it with REQ packs - it and its variants are available in the requisition pool.

Thank you, I was hoping it wouldn’t come down to just luck.

UPDATE: I finally received my armor set. What ultimately worked for me is:

  • Launching Master Chief Collection (MCC) while disconnected from Xbox Live - Connecting to Xbox Live - Customizing all of my MCC Spartans’ colors and armor types - Quitting MCC - Wait (I waited for about 12 hours before attempting to load Halo 5: Guardians). - Launching Halo 5: GuardiansHopefully someone will be helped by this.
