Meant to report this a few days ago, but since one of the last updates there are some issues with the styling of the modal pop-up boxes for certain things - like the quote box, URL box and source code box. Some of the CSS has either been removed or isn’t rendering correctly for the close, ok and cancel buttons. Here is a screenshot that shows the issue.
Tested on Windows 7:
