You should have Resistor with Survivor with the Update you downloaded before the Champs DLC came out.

Incorrect. Recharge and Survivor came out one day before the release of the Bundle.

People who purchased the Champions Bundle have early access to Resistor and the Ricochet playlist, two weeks before they are made available for everyone.

Nope, just Survivor and Recharge.
