Does anyone know if they are resetting anyone who has played Halo 4 before November 6? Just to SR-1 and no unlocks. It would be a bit unfair to have SR-26s in your first match.

No idea, why does it matter?
I think they probably wont reset anyones rank.
We only play people at our own skill level. SR-26 will be matched with SR-26 - SR-30. (Something like Halo 3)
